Rich Haskins is a seasoned business leader and benefits expert with over three decades of experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry. He currently serves as Managing Partner and Director of Sales at Fortis Commercial LLC, a firm based in Auburn, Massachusetts, and has held longstanding leadership roles at Colonial Life and Beacon Benefits Group, Inc. since 1992. Known for his deep knowledge of group benefits, voluntary insurance, and workforce solutions, Haskins has also been actively involved in coaching youth hockey with the Worcester Junior Sharks and previously contributed to legislative efforts through the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). A U.S. Army veteran, his career reflects a strong commitment to service, community engagement, and leadership development.
